We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Good Neighbor  from start to finish. After having FIVE other fence companies come out for estimates, none of them even compared. The difference in professionalism, communication, honesty, and overall customer service was immediately obvious. Everyone we worked with was respectful, professional, and genuinely listened to what we wanted. Kyle respected our budget and never once tried pressure us into adding things we didn’t need, which we truly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We received our quote very quickly, and unlike other companies, we didn’t have to constantly chase people down for information or wonder when someone would show up. They were on time, dependable, and did exactly what they said they would do. One of the things I appreciated most was getting to hear the background story about Shane taking over the company and how much pride and care he puts into his work and his customers. You can genuinely tell he values honesty, integrity, and quality. I really respected hearing that he refuses to use products he cannot personally stand behind, and that every decision has to make sense not only for the company, but for the customer as well. That level of care and transparency is rare. The quality of the fence is absolutely beautiful, and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. You can tell they truly stand behind both their products and their workmanship. It completely transformed our yard, and we could not be happier with the final result. To make the experience even better, their pricing was significantly lower than several other companies we contacted, while still delivering exceptional quality and service. Shane, Trevor, and the crew at Good Neighbor Fence were amazing! The quote was highly competitive, they stuck by it, and their fence transformed our backyard. Having received several quotes for our new fence, I can confidently say this company stands out for its unmatched professionalism and customer service. Sales: Kyle was down-to-earth, friendly, and took the time to sit in our yard and collaborate on the perfect style to suit our needs. Office: Aldi was always quick to return calls and kindly answered all of our questions with a friendly, professional attitude. Management: Shane, the owner, even stopped by on the first day of installation to walk the property and ensure everything aligned with our plans. Installation Crew: They did a fantastic, top-notch job. From the moment they arrived, they seamlessly executed our plans in an organized manner and exceeded our expectations. My experience with Good Neighbor Fence has been EXCELLENT, starting with Michael, the sales rep, who was so personable and helpful in talking me through what I desired and how to lay it out. He brought product samples, etc. and walked the property with me to help me further visualize the best fencing start and stopping points, etc.  I also had opportunities to interact with owner Shane and I am very happy with the final quality product and service.  There’s nothing like good customer service which can sometimes be more important than the job itself.  I can speak to their customer service because we had a couple of unexpected occurrences, but upon reaching out to the sales person and owner, there were immediate responses and the situations were promptly rectified.
